It is our pride to invite the students of your school for the Inter School Competitions via Talent Search Examination - 2015 and Dr. JK Award for Excellence - 2015 & Dr. JK All-Rounder Award - 2015 in School, District, State and National Level every year. Our noble vision is to identify the skilled students, encourage them to become experts in global level and to keep them in right position.
Thus we introduce First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize in each category in school, district, state and national levels periodically. Multicolor participation certificates will be given for all participants. Thus you are kindly requested to make the maximum number of participants with those who have good potentials and interest from your school.

Fees, Mode of Payment and Dispatch:
The schools can collect the fees mentioned below and the schools can take Rs.5/- per participant for stationary & sending the completed scripts to us over courier. Remaining amount as Demand Draft or Cheque in favor of ‘Dr. JK Global Academy’ payable at Chennai has to be sent to us to the address given below over courier / post along with the completed scripts and enrolment list enable to reach us on or before 20/07/2015.(Refer check list)

1. Event 1: Coloring Competition: (in A3 or A4 Paper or Chart)
Find enclosed the pictures in annexure – I for different categories for coloring. Enough number of Xerox can be made by you in A3 or A4 paper/chart.
2. Event 2: Drawing Competition: (in A3 or A4 Paper or Chart)
The students of different categories can go for drawing on following topics. To encourage the innovativeness of the participants, apart from the items given in list, the participants can go for drawing pictures on any one of their own interesting topics also.

7. Event 7: English Letter Writing Competition:
The letter should be of minimum one page and maximum is no limit in an A4 / Foolscap paper. If needed the questions can be given by the school subject heads on the following topics allotted for different categories.

8. Event 8: Hand Writing Competition:
Languages: Tamil, English, Hindi and other language. The same student can appear for maximum all four languages with four different enrolments and fees.
Conditions: The students up to primary should use ruled sheet for writing and the other un ruled A4 or fools cap sheets. The Pre KG and KG students can write ½ page of any content and the others 1 full page of any text content.
9. Event 9: Rangoli (Kolam): Colored Rangoli with description of dots written at the right top corner or overleaf in an A4 sheet. If A4 is not sufficient, enough size of paper or chart can be used.
10. Event 10: Short Story Writing: Short stories written in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language in minimum 1 page and maximum 3 pages. The students up to 8th STD can review a story which they have read or heard. Others ie. above the level of 8th std should go for writing their own short story. The same student can write stories in all four languages also with different enrolments and different fees.
11. Event 11: Poetry / Rhymes Writing: Thepoetry/rhymes written on any theme or heading in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language. The students up to 8th STD can write poetry / rhymes which they have read or heard. Others ie. above the level of 8th std should go for writing their own rhyme / poem. The same student can write rhymes/poetry in all four languages also with different enrolments and different fees.
12. Event 12: Humor (Jokes) Writing: A set of five jokes written with a good sense of humor on any theme in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language has to be submitted. The students up to 8th STD can write jokes which they have read or heard. Others should go for writing their own jokes.
13. Event 13: Poster Presentation: A multi color hand drawn poster or computer designed in A4 size paper or chart on the following topics / theme:
Pre Primary (1st to 3rd STD) : Water Cycle (or) Types of Houses
Upper Primary ( 4th & 5th STD) : Road Transport Rules (or) Yoga and Physical Exercises
Middle School ( 6th to 8th STD) : Photosynthesis (or) Vitamins for Human Being
High School ( 9th & 10th STD) : Hazards of Pollution (or) Balanced Diet
Higher Secondary (+1 and + 2) : Rain Water Harvesting (or) Digital India Project
14. Event 14: Handcraft: Hand crafts made of papers, cloth, wood, clay etc. made by the participants have to be sent to us.
15. Event 15: Embroidery: Embroidery done in a piece of cloth / cloth articles has to be sent to us.
16. Event 16: Projects submission: Projects prepared on any topic in any subject can be submitted.
17. Event 17: 3D Models submission: 3D modelsprepared by the participants can be submitted.
18. Event 18: Map Drawing: The participants can go for marking / drawing any one of the maps of his/her own interest in History or Geography available in their books based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher.
19. Event 19: Geometry Submission: The participants can go for doing / drawing any one of the Geometries of his/her own interest in Maths available in their books based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
20. Event 20: Graph Submission: The participants can go for doing / drawing any one of the graphs of his/her own interest in Maths available in their books based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher.
21. Event 21: Physics Drawing and Experiment: The participants can go for writing and drawing about any one of the Experiments of his/her own interest in Physics / General Science available in their books based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
22. Event 22: Chemistry Drawing and Experiment: The participants can go for writing and drawing about any one of the Experiments of his/her own interest in Chemistry / General Science available in their books based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
23. Event 23: Botany Drawing or Experiment: The participants can go for writing and drawing about any one of the Experiments / Plants / Organs of his/her own interest in Botany / General Science available in their books based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
24. Event 24: Zoology Drawing or Experiment: The participants can go for writing and drawing about any one of the Experiments / Lives / Organs of his/her own interest in Zoology / General Science available in their books based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
25. Event 25: Sport and Games: The participants can go for writing and drawing about any one of the Sports and Games of his/her own interest in Physical Education based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
26. Event 26: Cricket / Foot Ball / Hockey / Tennis / Chess / Any Other Sport or Games: The participants can go for writing about any one of the national or international Players by mentioning the biography and records done. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
27. Event 27: Book Review Writing: The participants can send their review written / typed for minimum 1 and maximum 2 ½ pages on their recently red book stating the usefulness, usage of language, method of presentation etc. This can be hand written or typed. The book review must have the information written at the end about the author, publisher’s name etc. A Xerox copy of the front page of the book has to be attached along with.

28. Event 28: Quiz in General Knowledge: A set of 25 objective type questions in national and international level/ Max. Marks: 25/ Time: 40 min
29. Event 29: Quiz in General Science: A set of 25 objective type questions/ Max. Marks: 25/ Time: 40 min. Question papers are available separately in Physics, Chemistry, Biology etc. for Hr. Sec. Students.
30. Event 30: Quiz in Social Science: A set of 25 objective type questions in national and international level / Max. Marks: 25/ Time: 40 min
31. Event 31: Quiz in Mathematics/Numerical Ability/Arithmetic: A set of 25 objective type questions/ Max. Marks: 25/ Time: 60 min

36. Event 36: ‘Dr. JK AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE-2015’ for students, teachers, principals and parents:
Dr. JK Award is offered every year in the following categories for the students, teachers, principals and parents. The award carries a certificate, medal/shield and some amazing prizes.
i) For the best students in each class/standard in school level.
ii) For the best students in each standard in district, state and national level.
iii) For the best teachers in each school, district, state and national level.
iv) For the best principal in each district, state and national level.
v) For the best schools in each district, state and national level.
Application process: Please find the application form attached herewith as annexure – II. Enough number of Xerox copies can be made for the strength of the participants/applicants. The application can also be downloaded in the web site www.drjkacademy.hpage.com and drjkglobalacademy.com or this can be obtained by sending a self addressed and stamped cover to us for individual’s registration.
Registration fees: For the students, registration fees is Rs.500/- per student and for the Principals and teachers the fess is Rs.1000/- per registrant. For the schools registration fees is Rs.5000/- per school. Filled up application along with the necessary proofs and fees can be sent to us to the same address given above. For enclosure / attachments please refer the check list given at the end of the application.
37. Event 37: ‘Dr. JK ALL-ROUNDER AWARD - 2015’ for all round performers: (NO SEPARATE FEE IS REQUIRED BUT EVENT FEE IS COMPULSORY): The all round performers of each school will be awarded with Dr. JK ALL-ROUNDER AWARD’2015 based on their all round performance in the participation of the events listed out here from Event No: 1 to 35. In this case, each school should prepare and send us separate list of students those who have participated in at least 7 and above number of events from event number 1 to 35 along with their recent passport size color photograph (name and class studying written on the back side) should be sent to us to prepare award.
