1. Event 1: Coloring Competition (in A3 or A4 or Chart): Find enclosed the pictures in annexure – I for different categories for coloring. Enough number of Xerox can be made by you.
2. Event 2: Drawing Competition (in A3 or A4 or Chart): The students of different categories can go for drawing on the topics given below. To encourage the innovativeness of the participants, apart from the items given in list, the participants can ago for drawing pictures on any one of their own interesting topics also.

7. Event 7: Letter Writing Competition: The letter should be of minimum one page and maximum is no limit in an A4 / Foolscap paper. The questions can be given by the school subject heads on the topics allotted below for different categories.

8. Event 8: Hand Writing Competition in Tamil, English, Hindi and other language: The same student can appear for maximum all four languages with four different enrolments and fees. The students up to primary should use ruled A4 or fools cap sheets for writing and the others un ruled. The Pre KG and KG students can write half page of any content and the other a full page of any text content.
9. Event 9: Rangoli (Kolam): Colored Rangoli with description of dots written at the right top corner or overleaf in an A4 sheet. If A4 is not sufficient, enough size of paper or chart can be used.
10. Event 10: Short Story Writing: Short stories written in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language in minimum 2 pages and maximum is no limit. The students up to 8th STD can review a story which they have read or heard. Others ie. above the level of 8th STD should go for writing their own short story. The same student can write stories in all four languages also with for different enrolments and different fees.
11. Event 11: Poetry / Rhymes Writing: Thepoetries/rhymes written on any theme or heading in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language. The students up to 8th STD can write a poems / rhymes which they have read or heard. Others ie. above the level of 8th std should go for writing their own rhyme / poem. The same student can write rhymes/poetries in all four languages also with for different enrolments and different fees.
12. Event 12: Humor (Jokes) Writing: A set of five jokes written with a good sense of humor on any theme in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language has to be submitted. The students up to 8th STD can write jokes which they have read or heard. Others should go for writing their own prose / poem.
13. Event 13: Poster Presentation: A multi color poster drawn or designed using computer in A4 size paper or chart on the following topics / theme:

Upper Primary ( 4th & 5th STD) : Road Transport Rules
Middle School ( 6th to 8th STD) : Photosynthesis
High School ( 9th & 10th STD) : Hazards of Pollution

4. Event 14: Handcraft: Hand crafts made of papers, cloth, wood, clay etc. made by the participants have to be sent to us.
5. Event 15: Embroidery: Embroidery done in a piece of cloth / cloth articles has to be sent to us.
6. Event 16: Projects submission: Projects prepared on any topic in any subject can be submitted. The projects that will be prepared on summer holidays can also be submitted later ie. during the school reopening time with special enrolment.
7. Event 17: 3D Models submission: 3D modelsprepared by the participants can be submitted.The 3D Models that will be prepared on summer holidays can also be submitted later ie. during the school reopening time with special enrolment.
8. Event 18: Book Review Writing: The participants can send their review written / typed for minimum 2 and maximum 5 pages on their recently red book stating the usefulness, method of presentation etc. This can be hand written or typed. The book review must have the information written at the end about the author, publisher’s name etc. A Xerox copy of the front page of the book has to be attached along with.
9. Event 19: Special Event for Parents only:
The parents need to write an essay on any one of the following topics. The prizes are of school, district and state level. Certificates will be given for all participants.
i. Role of the parents in the educational progress of their children.
ii. Parents as the First Teacher.
iii. Role of parents in building the healthy educational society / nation.
10. Special Events for Teachers only:
Event – 20-A) Case Study Records submission: Each participant teacher can submit a copy of case study record prepared of their own. The case study record should be of at least 2 pages and the maximum is no limit. The prizes are of school, district and state level. Certificates will be given for all participants.
Event – 20-B) Research Papers Submission: The teachers are called for sending their research papers on any one of the thrust areas given below. Certificates will be given for all participants. Selective papers will be published free of cost in an international e journal and in later these will be published in print journals also. The prizes are of school, district and state level. State first winners will be awarded with Gold Medal made up of 24 carrots. Other participant’s papers also will be published in international or national journals based on their own request made to us. Very nominal charges will be made for editing and publishing. The teachers can submit the research papers relevant to any one of the following thrust areas written in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language. Registration fees is Rs.500/- per participant.

Conditions for preparing research papers:
The research paper must be of min 6 and max 10 pages. If 10 pages are not sufficient, it can be extended further. It should be in A4 in ‘Times New Roman’ with font 12 in normal margins and 1.5 as line space. The abstract can be of 100 to 150 words in font 10 of Times New Roman. The hand written copies can also be submitted and later this can be made as soft copy for publication purpose. The soft copies can be posted in e mail id: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Otherwise the papers drawn in CD can be sent to us. Last date of submission is within three months form the receipt of this litter. Each participant’s paper must contain his/her name, sex, qualification, e mail id, mobile number, experience in author’s introduction at the beginning of the paper and registration fees remittance particulars.
Last Date for submission of abstract and full paper: Within three months form the receipt of this letter.
11. Event 21: ‘Dr. JK AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE’ for students, teachers, principals and parents:
Dr. JK Award is offered this year in the following categories for the students, teachers, principals and parents. The award carries a certificate, medal/shield and some amazing prizes.
i) For the best students in each class/standard in school level.
ii) For the best students in each standard in district and state level.
iii) For the best teachers in each school, district and state level.
iv) For the best principal in each district and state level.
v) For the best parents in each school, district and state level.
vi) For the best schools in each district and state level.
Application process: Please find the application form in annexure – II. Enough number of Xerox copies can be made for the strength of the participants/applicants. Registration fees: For the students, registration fees is Rs.500/- per student and for the Principals, teachers and parents, the fess is Rs.1000/- per registrant. For the schools registration fees is Rs.5000/- per school.
Filled up application along with the necessary proofs and fees can be sent to us to the same address given below. For enclosure / attachments please refer the check list given at the end of the application.
NB: Additional marks will be provided suppose if the participant staff or students or parents have participated in at least one event from event No. 1 to 20.

All events are through post only. The participants can select the events from event No: 1 to 20. The participants should do all in the home and they should post or courier to our address given below. The scripts will be evaluated by our experts and the winner certificate along with Gold or Silver medal will be sent to the communications address for all participants within 10 days of receipt of the scripts.
Every year the last date to receive the scripts is 31st May and again the event starts on 1st June. This is a routine programme for every year.
All participants will be sent the certificate with Gold or Silver medal over post/courier. Good performers will get Gold Medal and the average will get Silver medal. Selective student’s scripts and photographs will be displayed in our new web site which is under progress.
At the year end (June of every year), state / district / national toppers list will be announced. The selection is based on number of events participated and the total credit points scored by individual student.
For drawing and coloring events the students can go for their own interesting theme / topic / pictures also apart from the images / themes / topics given in the events listing.
There are some events for parents also. (Eg Rangoli)
The payment can be made as Cheque or DD in favour or 'Dr. JK Global Academy' payable at Chennai. The payment should be sent along with the completed scripts and registration form.
‘Dr. JK Award for Excellence’ is announced every year for the ideal students. Ideal students refer the academically good students(first 3 rank holders), sports / games experts, experts in general arts /fine arts and other extra and co curricular activities. The students who come any one of these category are eligible to apply. All eligible applicants will get award. The award caries a shield/cup, merit certificate and some amazing prizes.
‘Dr. JK Award for Excellence’ is announced every year for the ideal teachers, ideal parents, ideal schools, ideal engineers, ideal doctors, ideal software professions, ideal business men, ideal social reformers also. 8. Event 8: Hand Writing Competition:
Languages: Tamil, English, Hindi and other language. The same student can appear for maximum all four languages with four different enrolments and fees.
Conditions: The students up to primary should use ruled sheet for writing and the other un ruled A4 or fools cap sheets. The Pre KG and KG students can write ½ page of any content and the others 1 full page of any text content.
9. Event 9: Rangoli (Kolam): Colored Rangoli with description of dots written at the right top corner or overleaf in an A4 sheet. If A4 is not sufficient, enough size of paper or chart can be used.
10. Event 10: Short Story Writing: Short stories written in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language in minimum 1 page and maximum 3 pages. The students up to 8th STD can review a story which they have read or heard. Others ie. above the level of 8th std should go for writing their own short story. The same student can write stories in all four languages also with different enrolments and different fees.
11. Event 11: Poetry / Rhymes Writing: Thepoetry/rhymes written on any theme or heading in Tamil or English or Hindi or any other language. Event 27: Book Review Writing: The participants can send their review written / typed for minimum 1 and maximum 2 ½ pages on their recently red book stating the usefulness, usage of language, method of presentation etc. This can be hand written or typed. Dr. JK Award is offered every year in the following categories for the students, teachers, principals and parents. The award carries a certificate, medal/shield and some amazing prizes.

Registration fees: For the students, registration fees is Rs.500/- per student and for the Principals and teachers the fess is Rs.1000/- per registrant. For the schools registration fees is Rs.5000/- per school. Filled up application along with the necessary proofs and fees can be sent to us to the same address given above. 37. Event 37: ‘Dr. JK ALL-ROUNDER AWARD - 2015’ for all round performers: (NO SEPARATE FEE IS REQUIRED BUT EVENT FEE IS COMPULSORY): The all round performers of each school will be awarded with Dr. JK ALL-ROUNDER AWARD’2015 based on their all round performance in the participation of the events listed out here from Event No: 1 to 35. In this case, each school should prepare and send us separate list of students those who have participated in at least 7 and above number of events from event number 1 to 35 along with their recent passport size color photograph (name and class studying written on the back side) should be sent to us to prepare award.

Thanks for your interests shown on our events. All events are through post only. The participants can select the events from event No: 1 to 20. The participants should do all in the home and they should post or courier to our address given below. The scripts will be evaluated by our experts and the winner certificate along with Gold or Silver medal will be sent to the communications address for all participants within 10 days of receipt of the scripts.

Every year the last date to receive the scripts is 31st May and again the event starts on 1st June. This is a routine programme for every year.
All participants will be sent the certificate with Gold or Silver medal over post/courier. Good performers will get Gold Medal and the average will get Silver medal. Selective student’s scripts and photographs will be displayed in our new web site which is under progress.
At the year end, (June of every year), state / district / national toppers list will be announced. The selection is based on number of events participated and the total credit points scored by individual student.
For drawing and coloring events the students can go for their own interesting theme / topic / pictures also apart from the images / themes / topics given in the events listing.
There are some events for parents also. (Eg Rangoli)
The payment can be made as Cheque or DD in favour or 'Dr. JK Global Academy' payable at Chennai. The payment should be sent along with the completed scripts and registration form.
‘Dr. JK Award for Excellence’ is announced every year for the ideal students. Event 24: Zoology Drawing or Experiment: The participants can go for writing and drawing about any one of the Experiments / Lives / Organs of his/her own interest in Zoology / General Science available in their books based on the syllabus. 25. Event 25: Sport and Games: The participants can go for writing and drawing about any one of the Sports and Games of his/her own interest in Physical Education based on the syllabus. If needed the questions can be given by the subject head or subject teacher. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
26. Event 26: Cricket / Foot Ball / Hockey / Tennis / Chess / Any Other Sport or Games: The participants can go for writing about any one of the national or international Players by mentioning the biography and records done. Number of pages can be one or two in A4 / Foolscap paper
27. Event 27: Book Review Writing: The participants can send their review written / typed for minimum 1 and maximum 2 ½ pages on their recently red book stating the usefulness, usage of language, method of presentation etc. This can be hand written or typed. The book review must have the information written at the end about the author, publisher’s name etc. A Xerox copy of the front page of the book has to be attached along with.

Dr. JK Award is offered every year in the following categories for the students and parents based on the preference done in the events. The award carries a certificate, medal/shield and some amazing prizes.
Application process: Please find the application form attached herewith as annexure – II. Enough number of Xerox copies can be made for the strength of the participants/applicants. Registration fees: For the students, registration fees is Rs.500/- per student and for the parents fess is Rs.1000/- per registrant.. 37. Event 37: ‘Dr. JK ALL-ROUNDER AWARD - 2015’ for all round performers: (NO SEPARATE FEE IS REQUIRED BUT EVENT FEE IS COMPULSORY): The best performers are (based on more number of Gold Medals earned) awarded with Dr. JK ALL-ROUNDER AWARD’2015 based on their all round performance in the participation of the events listed out here from Event No: 1 to 35. In this case, each school should prepare and send us separate list of students those who have participated in at least 7 and above number of events from event number 1 to 35 along with their recent passport size color photograph (name and class studying written on the back side) should be sent to us to prepare award.
